User Access Codes / PINs
For prepaid internet, customers purchase a PIN from either your front desk, via the credit card payment gateway or vending machine. Each PIN has a specified prepaid time credit. The User enters the PIN into the login screen to access the computer. When the prepaid time credit expires, the computer automatically returns to the login screen.
Any unexpired time credits can be used by the customer at a later visit. PINs can also be programmed as a "once-off use" only or have varying expiry terms such "good for 24 hours" or "good for 7 days" etc... PINs can be recharged at any time via our online interface.
We can supply you with a quantity of User Access Codes (PINs) to which you apply your own pricing structure. For example, you might want to offer customers the choice of either 15 minute, 30 minute or 1 hour prepaid time sessions. You decide to charge $2, $4 and $6 respectively – prices are completely up to you.
The PINs can be delivered to you via email.
Alternatively, you can also order them printed onto Prepaid Internet Cards (customized or generic).
Your choice of Prepaid Internet Card may be influenced by several factors including:
- Presentation and/or business standard you wish to convey
- Durability to match your requirements
- Protection against fraud and tampering
- Economic and practical considerations
We provide two Prepaid Internet Card options to choose from;
Custom Prepaid Internet Cards
This high quality card has excellent properties if you intend to re-charge your cards or offer a customer membership program. Full color front face, branded with your company logo or advertising image. PIN and User instructions are on the reverse side. The cards are weighted at 350 gsm, printed on matt with varnish finish. For added security, a latex scratch panel covers the PIN.
Cost: AUD$250 per 1,000 cards ( convert to your currency ) plus postage.

Generic Prepaid Internet Cards
Generic card characteristics are the same as the custom version however these cards are carried in stock and ready to ship as soon as you require them. This popular product comes in a range of modern images. These cards also have a latex scratch panel that hides the PIN.
Cost: AUD$199 per 1,000 cards ( convert to your currency ) plus postage.
Minimum order: 1,000
PINs
In some cases, you might prefer us to supply your PINs in electronic (MS Excel file) format via email. This is the simplest and quickest solution - and the most economical!

Ordering Custom Cards
To place a custom card order send a digital file containing your prepared artwork and any other details you wish to display to solutions@smarttimer.com. A proof will be sent back to you for approval and consent to proceed to printing.
If your artwork has minor variances include the quantity of each image e.g. if you order consists of varying text or values such as 10, 20 and 30 minute cards then specify the quantity of each allotment. There is a small additional printing cost associated to each change. We will be happy to quote the adjusted price when your details arrive.
Allow ten working days from date of your consent to proceed to printing before the cards are ready to ship. Deliveries can be made via first class mail or by courier if requested. Card orders must be paid for in advance of printing.
Ordering Generic Cards or PINs
Email us with the quantity your require and the prepaid time credit that you would like applied, e.g. 1,000 @ 15 minutes, 1,000 @ 30 minutes etc.
All card and PIN orders are usually processed the within 24 hours.
