Computer Status
All computers have an easy to read colour bar, allowing for at a glance recognition of the computer status.
Admin
All administration features are controlled from within the administration screen, so you do not have to search for any configuration settings.
PAYG Payment
When a customer has been logged out their details including payment will appear here with all other pending transactions.
Customer Rate Change
Charge rates can be changed very easily. 5 different rates can be applied as well as custom charging.
Voids
Transactions can also be easily voided with all details logged for furture tracing.
Prepaid
Prepaid time sales can also be managed from this screen.
POS Functionality
The SmartTimer Admin System has full POS functionality and can be linked to epson receipt printers and electronic cash draws.
POS Reports
Full cash register reports are avaiable including X and Z totals
PAYG Payment
Advanced reporting can be obtained through the reports screen as well as PAYG usage graph reports
